Scope of Works
Lift & Locate were selected to deliver a complete turnkey solution for the installation of eight one-bedroom homes in Spennymoor. Our team managed every stage — transport, crane operations, installation and all supporting services — ensuring a seamless on-site delivery.
The project comprised 16 modules and 8 modular roofs, all installed efficiently and on schedule.
The Challenge
Before work began, we completed an in-depth logistics survey and produced a precise install sequence to streamline the entire operation.
Working within a tight-access site and inside a full scaffolding frame — and despite high winds — our team successfully installed eight one-bedroom homes.
We coordinated the end-to-end transport of the modules from factory to site, using a “just-in-time” approach to keep the installation running efficiently
