Scope of Works
Lift & Locate were commissioned to install seven bays and an external staircase for Bakkafrost on the Isle of Lewis, off the northwest coast of Scotland.
Following an initial site survey, our team managed every stage of the process—coordinating transport, shipping, on-site logistics, and the full installation.

The Challenge
This project came with unique logistical challenges, including transporting the modular units from Ullapool to Stornoway. With ferry schedules heavily dependent on weather conditions, we were fortunate to avoid any cancellations and keep the programme on track.
